All orders are fulfilled through our trusted third-party logistics (3PL) partner in CHINA, ensuring fast and reliable delivery. Final delivery is handled by regional carriers such as DHL, DPD, and your local postal services, depending on your location.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

  • North America: 3–8 business days

  • Rest of World: 4–9 business days

Delivery Delays

Correct Delivery Information

Please double-check that all delivery details are accurate. Talurra is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information.

Failed Deliveries / Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. In such cases, additional shipping costs may apply.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs immediately and contact us within 24 hours at: info@talurra.com. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
